Is an 89.6% an A as a grade?

I got a 89.6% as my semester grade and I think that’s an A right?..

If they round grades then yes it will be a 90% which is an A. However a B is techinqually 80.0% - 89.9%. So if they do not round it. It is a B++ (Plus being a high B)

If your teacher "bumps" to a 90, which is possible because .60 rounds up, it should get you to a 90% for the semester. An A grade.
