Although the passage is not included in this question, we can still look at ways in which you can identify what the point of view is in a text.
Point of view refers to the perspective from which things are seen or analyzed in a story. It is the mode of narration that an author employs.
There are three major types of points of view:
1. First person. This point of view uses the pronoun "I," and tells the story from the perspective of the protagonist.
2. Second person. This point of view uses the second person ("you"). This point of view is less common than the other ones.
3. Third person. This point of view uses the pronouns "he" or "she." This usually requires a narrator that is not involved in the events being described.
