One major difference between the Cambodian genocide and the Bosnian (aka Yugoslavia) genocide was the targets. In Cambodia, the Khmer Rogue targeted people they identified as "new people." These "new people" were middle class city folk, who were often well educated. Common jobs among these people were doctors, lawyers, businessmen, etc.
