Tendon is a flexible cord of strong collagen tissues that attaches muscles to bones. Tendon gets injured when the tissue fibers gets tear down. These tendons gets swells up after injury and takes lots of time to recover. The doctor will suggest that recovery of the tendons will be long and painfull because of the damage of the tendon fibers.
