We know that
i=√(-1)

We have u = (1 + i √3) and v = (1 + 2i √3)

uv = (1 + i √3) x (1 + 2i √3)
=(1*1+1*i √(3)+1*2i √(3)+i √(3)*2i √(3))=(1+3i √(3)+2*i^2*3)


uv=(1+3i √(3)-6)=3i √(3)-5

So,
uv=3i √(3)-5
