the answer, with it being absolute value, always has to be positive. because absolute value is the distance the number is away from zero, no matter what answer you get, it has to be positive. for example, number 20:
-2/3 is in absolute value, so it is now 2/3.

21. -7.35 is in absolute value, so the answer is 7.35

22. 27 1/4 is already a positive, so you do not have to do anything with it. it stays the way it is.


...and so on.

Explanation:

Absolute value is distance from zero

so -2/3 is 2/3 away from zero

therefore -2/3 is 2/3
