1.18 to microliters is 0.0118 i am sure, so use a table and note in 4 boxes, the first one write liters, then the next write deciliters, then milliliters in the next then microliters, last nanoliters, you want to find the answer of how many micro liters there are in liters so 1.18 just move the decimal to the right each time you go right in the liters boxes, also add two zeros like this 0.0118, boom.
