Eukaryotic:

  • Contains a REAL nucleus.
  • All the cell organelles are present here.
  • Contain Linear DNA
  • All living organisms

Prokaryotic:

  • Contains a FAKE (nucleoid) or no nucleus
  • The only organelles present here are: Ribosomes, Mitochondria and a Cell Membrane
  • Contain Circular DNA
  • Kingdom Monera: eg. Bacteria
