let's say is "x", thus "x" is the 100%.

we know that 66 is 150%, what is "x"?

\bf \begin{array}{ccll} amount&\%\\ \cline{1-2} 66&150\\ x&100 \end{array}\implies \cfrac{66}{x}=\cfrac{150}{100}\implies \cfrac{66}{x}=\cfrac{3}{2} \\\\\\ 132=3x\implies \cfrac{132}{3}=x\implies 44=x
