For what values of b, the equation x^2−ax+b=0 has a solution for any value of a? PLEASE I NEED IT SOON!

If you choose
b=0 the equation becomes


x^2-ax = 0 \iff x(x-a) = 0

which always has solutions
x=0,\ x=a
