Factors of 15=1,3,5,15
odd integers=1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15
multiples of 3=3,6,9,12,15
intersection between all the three sets=15
intersection between odd integers and multiples of 3=9
intersection between odd integers and factors of 15=5
not all the three sets=14

Explanation:

First you need to understand each term.

The factors of each number would be the numbers that can multiply to yield it. For instance, factors of 15 would be: 1, 3, 5, 15 because:

1 x 15 = 15

3 x 5 = 15

5 x 3 = 15

15 x 1 = 15

Multiples of a number are those values that can be obtained by multiplying the number with another, or, in other words, all numbers divisible by the number they are multiples of. For instance, Multiples of 3 (in our case) would be: 3, 6, 9, 12, 15 (can go on as 18, 21, 24, 27, 30 ... ) because

3 x 1 = 3 ( 3 is divisible by 3)

3 x 2 = 6 ( 6 is divisible by 3)

3 x 3 = 9 ( 9 is divisible by 3)

3 x 4 = 12 ( 12 is divisble by 3)

3 x 5 = 15 ( 15 is divisible by 3)


Integers are whole numbers which can be either positive or negative, or those positive or negative numbers that are not in fractional form (0.5; 1/2), such as all the numbers in this question are integers. Odd integers then would be: 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15.

Now that you have assorted all numbers in accordance with what they are as above, you need to just place each number in accordance to the conditions it fulfills. As in the attached picture below

Note: As 2, 4, 8, 10, 14 do not fulfill any conditions, they are placed outside the circles.
