Well, I’m pretty sure that humans understand ancient Egyptian writing because of the discovery of the Rosetta Stone in the 1700’s. It pretty much opened the door to being able to understand ancient Egyptian writing like ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs.It took years of research but they finally cracked the case.
