The creation of Stalin’s five year plan represented the type of changed which is letter c, which is from a market economy to the command economy. It is because a market economy is where the decisions are usually based on their interplay in regards of their supply and demand whereas command economy is being controlled or under by the government in means of producing, pricing or even incomes.
