Mendel's law of segregation states that allele pairs separate or get segregated during gamete formation but randomly gets united during fertilization.Fertilization brings paternal and maternal chromosomes together. Meiosis happens during fertilization.

So, A is false because traits gets separated. C is false because alleles separate during gamete formation. D is false because alleles gets segregated during meiosis.

B is true.
