The right answer is B. Forced conscription made many men go to Vietnam.They fought and after suffering all kinds of problems, ethical and physical, they were rejected as if they did not to the nation that had sent them to fight that war. American Citizsnship being weakened is well described by what the Veterans had to face on their return from the war.
