The name of such economic government is a communist government. Communism is a form of socialism that, as the German philosopher and socialist revolutionary Karl Max explained in The Communist Manifesto (1848), rejects private property and believes in the collective ownership of all property and goods - everything a person owns is collectively shared with everyone else. This, its advocates believe, will be ultimately conducive to a classless society.
