When you are given an outside angle ( 130 degrees) the two opposite inside angles ( both marked with y) need to equal the given outside angle.

In this image the outside angle is given as 130 degrees,, this means both lower inside angles need to equal 130

So you have y + y = 130

Divide 130 by 2: 130 / 2 = 65

y = 65 degrees. The answer is B.
