Consequentialist theories is one of the main two ethical theories and it’s based on the theory that judging ones decision or action based on if it’s ethical is by the amount of good the action causes and the consequences of the action. The key features are what positive outcome your action brings to another – The action causing good is based off of the action creating happiness, pleasure, well-being and other positive emotions that create more good than bad
