Answer: A.solar energy absorption by the ozone layer

The stratosphere is the almost top layer of the earth atmosphere, occupying the second position. It is found above the troposphere and below the mesosphere. It is occupied with layer of ozone which absorbs the UV radiations coming from the sun.This makes the layer warmer as compared to other layers.
