Before creating a form (using the Form tool), click on the table for the form in the navigation pane. It is a question about the "Microsoft Office".
The Form tool is used to quickly create a form with a couple of clicks of the mouse. It is the fastest method to create a form (the forms are used to view and enter data into tables).
The navigation pane lists all the options/functions that you need in the normal use of any "Office" program.
