Answer: put both equations equal to eachother. then solve


Explanation:

6x-8=3x+4

subtract 3x from both sides

3x-8=4 is your new equation

now add 8 to both sides, when you add 8+8 it cancels out.

3x=12 is your new equation

next divide 3 on both sides

x=4
