In these questions we always consider X axis as a baseline.From this axis if we measure an angle anticlockwise it will be written as positive and if measured clockwise it will be negative.

In the picture attached we can see the direction of arrow which tells us the measurement direction.

Now we have to draw an angle of 300° angle which will be measured in anticlockwise direction and the angle will lie in fourth quadrant.
