y \: = \: ( - 1)/(3) x \: + \: 1
When y = 0,

0 \: = \: ( - 1)/(3) x \: + \: 1 \\ ( 1)/(3) x \: = \: 1 \\ x \: = \: 3
When x = 0,

y \: = \: 0 \: + \: 1 \\ y \: = \: 1
Therefore, Ordered pairs are (0,1), (3,0), etc.
