The answer is England, Northern Ireland, Wales, and Scotland.

Extra facts:
The UK is short for the United Kingdom. The islands can be calm England (The main part), Great Britain (Scotland,England, and Wales) or the UK. The English Channel separates England and France. The narrowest part is called La Mancha in French. The capital of England is Landon, the symbol is a red rose, the capital of Scotland is Edinburgh, the symbol of Northern Ireland is the shamrock and that’s all I can remember from class.

Hope this helps and hope you have a great day and a happy new year
