You can use PEMDAS to solve order of operations!

Which means, "Please Excuse My Dear Aunt Sally".

P= Parenthesis

E= Exponents

M= Multiplication

A= Addition

S= Subtraction

Here is an example of how to solve order of operations:

1×1+2-(12-1)

First: (12-1) = 11

Second: 1×1=1

Third: 1+2=3

Fourth: 3-11=8

The answer would be 8.
