Answer:

< TPQ = 145 degrees

Explanation:

< QPO = (180 - 70)/2 = 55 degrees ( base angle of an isosceles triangle).

< OPT = 90 degrees ( OP is a radius to point of contact of the tangent).

Therefore < TPQ = < QPO + < OPT

= 55 + 90

= 145 degrees
