Lets mark the unmarked angle as angle A and the base of the building as BC

We can use tan to find this

tan=opposite/adjacent

by knowing the 2 interior angles we can calculate the measure of A sicne the interior angles of any triangle add up to 180

52+90+A=180

142+a=180

38=a

tan(38)=BC/300

300 tan(38)=bc

using a calculator we see that bc=234.385689 or 234meters rounded
