11.49% profit
Explanation:
Buying rate = Rs. 148
Selling rate (initially) = Rs. 150
Selling rate after devaluation:
Rs. 150 + 10% = Rs. 150*1.1 = Rs. 165
Rate difference:
165 - 148 = 17
Profit %
17/148*100% = 11.49%
