The security council is mainly responsible for the peace and security of the country. It also controls the United States deployed role of the Security Council. The Council enforces its actions by creating sub-councils with even more specific jobs and areas of influence. The council is also able to implement its actions because powerful nations such as the United States, the United Kingdom, France, and the Russian Federation all have constant representation which ensures that their actions will be enforced.
