answer : 19.21m

(split the house into 2 right angle triangles)
(using pythagoras - a^2+b^2+c^2)

15^2 + 12^2 = d^2
225 + 144 = d^2
369=d^2
d=(square root of 369)
d=19.2094
which rounds to 19.21
