If i am sentenced to 10 years in prison for a parking ticket which of my constitutional rights is violated?

Their constitutional rights are violated because it states in the 8th amendment, "Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted." 10 years of jail for a parking ticket is a cruel punishment just because you did not pay a small amount of money. Therefore it violates your rights.
