How do i solve this how do i figure out if i gotta use + × ÷ -

an air line has 47 planes that can each carry 108 passengers? how many passengers can all of the planes carry​

47*108=5,076
The reason you get this is because if there are 47 planes. You would multiply that by how man people can get on each plane.
