yes it's on a 1.5 scale factor.....I think. The question you put at the top threw me off at first but the picture makes sense. I'm not entirely sure if this is right but if you adjust the triangle to be the same way as the other one then you will see which sides correspond to each other. Each number can be multiplied by 1.5 to get the number that is on the side of the other triangle that corresponds with it....if that makes any sense
