What type of soil would erode the slowest: dry soil or soil that is covered with grass and other plants? Why? PLEASE HELP

Soil that has grass/plant. This is because plants have have extensive root systems that can help to "grab onto" soil and keep it clumped together, slowing the process of erosion.
