integers include negative numbers, whole numbers are only 0 and positive numbers.

Explanation:

whole numbers are very similar to integers as they do not have a decimal place although whole numbers are from 0, 1, 2, 3.... and so on whereas integers include negative numbers as well. So all whole numbers are integers but not all integers are whole numbers.
