Answer: One of the first examples of superstition is when Caesar asks his friend to touch his wife while he is competing in a race. Caesar says 'Forget not in your speed, Antonius, / To touch Calpurnia, for our elders say / The barren, touched in this holy chase, / Shake off their sterile curse. The play opens on a crowded and noisy street in Rome as Julius Caesar returns from battle, where he stomped Pompey's sons into the ground. ... The pair asks about the commoners' professions and what they're up to and finds out that they're on the way to celebrate and honor Julius Caesar.

Hope this helps..... Stay safe and have a great day/night!!!!!! :D
