I won't be able to graph for you because I am currently on phone but I will tell how to graph an Inequality in coordinate plane.

${x}^(2) + 4 < 0$

We don't need to solve the Inequality. The graph will do.

We draw the parabola with the vertex at (0,4) Basically plot point (0,4) then draw parabola.

Because it is < sign, thus the shade/region will be below the graph.

So the shade will be outside of the curve and not inside.
