The same business recently upgraded a display TV they had in their lobby.

Originally the TV was 32 inches (across the diagonal) and had an area of
446.38in? The new TV is 53 inches across the diagonal. What is the area of the
new TV? Round the answer to two decimal places.

Answer: 739.32in

Explanation:

Since we are informed that originally the TV was 32 inches (across the diagonal) and had an area of

446.38in while thee new TV is 53 inches across the diagonal.

The area of the new TV would simply be calculated as:

= (53 × 446.38) /32

= 23658.14 / 32

= 739.32in
