3x+15y=45

x+5y=15 ↦ Divide the whole equation by 3.

5y=15-x ↦ Move the x to another side.

y=(15-x)/(5) ↦ Move 5 to divide 15-x

y=(15)/(5)-(x)/(5) ↦ Separate

y=3-(x)/(5) ↦ Divide 15 by 5 as we get 3.

y=-(x)/(5)+3 ↦ Arrange in the form of y = mx + b or the slope-intercept form.

That's the answer.
