A 6-meter wire will be cut into pieces that are each 0.15 meter in length. A 3-meter rope will be cut into pieces that are each 0.25 meter in length.

How many more pieces of wire than pieces rope will there be?

Answer:

that will be 40(wire)-12(rope)=28parts

Explanation:

6meter wire div by 0.15 eq to 40

3meter rope div 0.25 eq to 12

so we use 40-12=28parts
