Answer: The tomato frog is most unusual because it has the ability to turn bright red! I find this unusual because most animals can only be one color and it is not likely that you will see an animal swell up and turn red. Also, to have a self defense as turning a different color may not be that reliable. It might startle some predators away, but what if that makes the frog look even more tempting?
