ok first let’s find the slope
7-7/0-4 = 0
now we’ll find the x int
7= 0(4)+b
7=b
so the slope int equation is
y=7
which means it’s a straight line that passes through 7 on the y-axis
standard form is ax+by=c
i think in standard form it would be
0x+y=7
