↣ Substitute all domains in the equation for the ranges.

12x+6y=24

2x+y=4 ↣ Divide the whole equation by 6.

↣ Substitute x = -4 in the equation.

2(-4)+y=4\\-8+y=4\\y=4+8\\y=12

Our range is 12 when x = -4. In the choice there is only one choice that has range value as 12. Therefore, the answer is B.

If you want me to solve for all ranges then you can reply under this. Since there is only one choice that has 12 as range value, I decide not to continue. So If you want me to solve for all ranges then feel free to reply under this. ↣
