Differences:

Human rights campaigns are more social and political, whereas babies and children charities are more of an empathic act of kindness toward others.

Explanation of differences:

In a human rights charity, you fund a campaign with the goal of presenting a new idea, such as, in August 18th, 1920, when congress passed the 19th Amendment, granting women the right to vote!

Most babies and children charity's deal more with the physical needs of people rather than their "rights", such as healthcare, clothing, food, etc

Similarities:

Both Human Rights charities AND babies and children's charities are for the greater good and essentially serve a common purpose of making the world a better place for everyone.

P.S. This is not plagiarized. :)
