the perimeter of triangle JHS is 24.8

Explanation:

basically its a lot of explanation and work but you can find the sides by using the midpoint theorem since AB and AC are midpoints. this means that triangle JHS is double the size of triangle AHB. So they share all the same angles but all the sides are half of JHS. And then through parallel lines and vertical angles you can find everything you need.
