It is important to get nutrient into your diet. For example, it can help decrease the risk to diseases , like heart disease, and it can also lower cholesterol, and blood pressure. Some quotes state, “eating more fiber-rich foods to help lower risk for heart disease and type 2 diabetes.” Therefore I believe it’s more important to add nutrients in your diet.
