Anyway, I can tell you how to do it. Given a pair
`(a,b)`, you have to substitute
`a` and
`b` to
`x` and
`y` respectively, and see if you get something true.

For example, the pair
`(1,7)` satisfies the function, because the substitution yields

`7=4\cdot 1+3`

which is true. On the other hand, the pair
`(19,3)` doesn't satisfy the function, because

`3=4\cdot 19+3`

is clearly false.
