Do you think Montresor is justified by killing Fortunato at the end of the story? Do you think that humans/characters are ever justified when they decide to take things into their own hands? (tell-tale heart)

Answer:

I do not think he is justified, you get you get insulted everyday, but that doesn't mean go and kill someone. Some people are justified when they take things into their hands but it honestly depends what they did, but in Montresor's case i do not think he is justified.

Answer:

Well, it all depends on your opinion, some may say yes and no however, in my opinion, Montresor was justified by killing Fortunado. Well, most of the time, their actions can be justified if taken into their own hands but there comes a point when actions become unjustifiable.
