2. The constitution allows Congress the sole power to declare war.

3. Laws are voted for, discussed, and written in the Legislative Branch.

4. It has the power to elect/name a president if there were to be a tie between the two.

5. The House of Representatives has 435 members (who were elected) that are divided between the 50 states, proportional to each state’s population.
