Christina sells pocketbooks. Christina makes a salary of $150 per week plus $10 for each pocketbook, p, she sells. This week Christina made $270. Write an equation to represent Christina’s salary for the week.

Explanation:

So basically she makes $150 per week automatically so u can write that. Then, she makes 10 dollars for each pocketbook she sells so that times x since we don’t know how many pocket books.

If u were to actually have to write how many pocket books you would do 270-150= 120. Then, 120/10= 12 pocketbooks.
